The concluding chapter of Rockstar Games’ Los Santos Drug Wars expansion pack “The Last Dose” has been released.

Rockstar Games has moved from big semi-annual updates to releasing massive expansions with incremental additions to ensure GTA Online gets a steady stream of new content over a quarter.

After announcing it last week, Rockstar delivered the final installment of the massive update as promised, and, boy, are you in for a treat?

The Legendary Finale update adds five new missions, ending with “Showdown,” featuring a familiar face from Dr. Friedlander, the healer for Michael DeSanta in GTA 5’s main storyline. A lot has changed for the former doctor in 10 years. He went from someone who promised not to hurt Hollywood’s box office to ending up as Los Santos’ newest drug lord. It’s your job to keep Los Santos out of the hands of Friendlander and keep his drug dealing a complete secret.

The Last Dose adds five new story missions, and players can earn a sweet reward for completing them all.

Here’s everything new in the March 16-22 GTA Online update:
